Something to think about when unhitching the B&W. Sometimes there may be pressure against the hitch when opening the handle to separate and the hitch won't let go. If this happens open the handle and place the pin or lock into the hole that keeps handle open, this will allow you to pull away.

THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART!!!!!!! Immediately remove that pin!!!!!!!! On the rare instances of a B&W hitch being involved in a RV dropping on the truck the handle was pinned OPEN.

Be sure to grease the ZERK on the underside of the head that many don't know exists.
