Are you kidding me? Most dealerships don’t want to work on the rigs they sold either! And “warranty service” is a total joke! I was happy to receive this message:

We were happy to see this message from Thor warranty services:

Good Morning,

The claim submitted to Thor has been approved for goodwill coverage.

Thank you,

The problem is that the approved items were items they submitted as “no issue”. The important items were denied because we were a week after expiration date. Oh yeah, the dealer would see us after the warranty date but they already had a list of the issues.

So, find a local service person. I also learned that if you have electrical issue, a regular electrician can probably work on it... but ultimately, if you can’t do it yourself, prepare to open wallet. Most people in this forum know what I’m talking about... we love our rigs, but it’s not because of the great quality of the manufacturer or the attentiveness of the dealership.

Yes, I’m angry
