I agree, not enough battery to power an Air Conditioner.

There are many examples of Vegas/Axis owners that have added an integrated inverter with auto transfer switch that functions just like OEM on the big Class A's & DP's.

There are several threads in this Forum that discuss this topic.

Also, there is a good 3-part YouTube by a Vegas owner who many of us used as a template to DIY our inverters.

Note, that 1000 or 1200 watt inverter is the most recommended with two house standard 12v batteries. That'll power your TVs, Sat Dish, and a couple of non-GFI outlets for small appliances. But not your microwave or Air Conditioner.

Also, a minimum 200 watts of solar is recommended as well.

Some on the Forum have gone with two Lithium batteries, a 3000 watt inverter + 1200 watts of solar.
It does get a bit expensive because then you must also replace/upgrade your Converter and Battery Isolation Manager (under the hood).
