I use an oil filled radiator style electric space heater as my first line for heat. Usually add a small ceramic heater if the first one is not enough and only run the furnace for quick warm up in the morning or if it’s REALLY cold (like in the teens). I won’t sleep with a ceramic heater running but im fine with the oil filled one.
