The inverter, electric starter motor on the generator and the jack's electric motor all will work fine with the house batteries isolated from the coach's power center.
So you will be able to monitor the battery voltage on the inverter display even with the use switch off. I guess that’s what you’re saying as long as it’s a factory installed inverter.
