As everything needs to be within 1/8", measure very carefully. The tracks have to be exactly synced up on the column before install. If even 1 tooth off, it means remove and start all over again. Also, even when everything is correct, the front and back of the slides will be out of sync. Follow the instructions and they will get back in time.
