As I was told, the batteries could have been damaged BEFORE I got the RV. They could have been damaged at any point in time after they were installed in the unit. That leaves a lot of variables that as the end user WE have no idea of much less control over (so why should we get left holding the bag?).
Simple Idea: Maybe they should have "interm" batteries placed into the units during production and then replace once the sale is made. The "interm" batteries could then be sent back to the manufacturing facility and cycled thru again.
