Trying to keep it cheap, I started out trying the leftover Lynx levelers from our trailer... which slid all over the place before I crushed several of them with the class C... too heavy.

Then cut 2x6 pressure treated boards into different lengths to drive up on. I stuck the non-skid step "sandpaper" stuff on them to keep them from slipping.

That worked for a while... until I needed more and more of them to get level in hilly spots... Appalachian mountains, etc. Eventually started encroaching on storage space.

After one season of those headaches I bit the bullet and plopped down $3k for the Big Foot Platinum manual system.
