In real estate it's called puffing and is a claim so wild or obvious opinion that it's obvious that no person would interpret as literal. Example, "Best view of the lake". Thor and the "best quality" are taken from real estate advertising training manual. Perhaps a notch below used car training manuals.
Thor should adopt what I've said in a couple of posts.

That would be a plausible description going along with the statement to shareholders about entry level.
There is about as much chance of thor fixing their inept management issues as having congress adopt laws that they have to abide by. They have no motivation because they are making $$$ hand over fist. What I or any other detractors say is blown off because we don't have the bully pulpit.
