my tuscany has similar "holdings"
mine has the black plastic stuff under the tank, and only three steel arms under the tank
i had to take mine out to fix a water tank fill issue and put in tank heater pads, of which were not installed...despite it being on the build sheets
great to hear you didnt have a worse event on the road
