Hinges
The "hinges" are really two aluminum extrusions that slide together. The screws that you circled hold a retainer on each end that keep the door and the frame from sliding apart. The "hinges" are not really adjustable, but you can spring them slightly. Be careful! It is easy to make things worse rather than better.
Unfortunately, I kissed a bridge rail and bent the hinges on three doors. It was a real pain to get them straightened so the doors open and close freely.
Your picture looks like the door is just slid slightly to the right and should be able to move to the left unless the left retainer is too long. Be thankful that it opens and closes. Good luck
