I’ll buy the latter.
Unit in post #17 also an Axis, so we have one with and one without window. Seriously don’t see that as a big issue. Window appears uncommon in size and maybe they had supply issues getting it, so built first units without it.
Similar motorhome floor plans have windows in bathroom (like 24.3), so maybe the design revision is indeed to add it on new units.
