Update: After sending pictures to Thor, they are shipping me a new controller.
I received the one ordered from Amazon the other day $251.00 no box but looks to be in perfect condition.
Very happy now. I'll install the one I purchased and when the replacement from Thor comes in, it will go in with the spare fuses and other such emergency items.
I'll send pics of the completed Right Side Up install, but not going to fool with it until the weekend at the earliest. We are all waiting to see what this storm will bring to North Texas. Personally not taking chances on near zero temps and long power outages. 3500 watt dual fuel open frame generator backed up with 7 gallons of gas and a full tank of propane. A wood rack outside my back door filled to the top with seasoned hardwood, and if it all goes to heck, we'll go and driveway camp!

That will guarantee you will never need it in the future!!
