Just saw your post. I have the 2022 38KB in Canada. To winterize, I blew out how and cold from the wet bay. Opened low point drains hot and cold. Also drained fresh tank with tank valve. I had no problem draining the majority of the fresh tank by tilting the rig so the tank biased to the drain. As commented by others, there should only be a few pints of H2O left in the fresh tank. This will not present any freeze up problems and our 38KB. Was winterized to -25c this year. I have it up and operational now heading down the west coast of USA and no water problems.
