Thanks for that. We would have opted for a diesel engine as well, perhaps in a Navion or something similar, but we didn't have the extra $25K sitting around at the time.
As for the downhill run, I get that. We can put our car in neutral, leave the top of our driveway and not have to put the car back in gear for about 6 miles down the road. I wouldn't try it with the RV because I don't want to take some of those corners that fast...
