You don't: two different signal types, two different transmission protocols.
A Coax cable transfers multiple modulated, high frequency signals from a source (OTA Antenna or Cable Company amplifier) to the coax input for the tuner on the TV which can demodulate different channels and extract the video/audio signals.
An HDMI cable transfers a single digital audio/video signal at much lower frequencies from the AV source (DVD player, PS, Phone, etc) to the HDMI input on a TV or Monitor which displays the source's AV content.
