Two things to consider.
1 - Add water to fresh tank and run water system from pump - is flow good or not?
2 - Connect to city water and test same - is flow good or not?
3 - Is flow control valve in water shed in correct position?

If you have good flow with one connection but not the other other, then the main plumbing is good, and you need to determine where the restriction is (and it may very well be a kinked water line).
If you have poor flow with both supplys, then there is something past the common point (and again this may be a kinked line).
With poor flow of both the hot and cold, it would also suggest that the issue is in teh main supply before the slit to hot / cold systems.

Good luck.
