Replacement Tires on XG32 Question

Has anyone ever replaced the tires for a higher load rating? I now have 23K miles on my XG32 and 3 of the tires are spiking (dealer term for the middle tread wearing out first) but there is a lot of tread life on them. The tire pressure is good and has been maintained.

The dealer felt that the coach is too heavy for the existing G rated tire. He suggested that I go up one or two load ratings and replace the tires.

Has anyone had the same issue? We live in the hot desert and you can't have any tire issues when its 110 and the asphalt is probably 175.
