Service - A good Experience

After checking them out on RVServiceReviews, I took my rig in to Leales RV for it's first annual service. The result was excellent. After al the horror stories I had read about servicing, I was very impressed with the place. They did the job in a timely manner and within 10% of the quoted price. Here is a partial list of what I had done:
  • Engine Oil and Filter change with 22 point Inspection
  • Generator Oil and Filter change with inspection
  • Battery Service and Inspection
  • Front End Alignment {They said it was way out of alignment. The drive home was butter. I used to have to fight the wheel. Now it stays true.}
  • Stuff I had screwed up myself :-)
  • PLUS some other minor warranty stuff. {Wiper switch in dash would fall out}

I have a call into the selling dealer to see if they will reimburse me for the alignment. If not, I will escalate to the corporate level.
Added: HWH Kick-Down Leveler; RoadMaster Anti-sway bars; Tornado Rotary Tank Rinser; Accede Backup Sensor Kit; cylinder locks (w/one combo lock); custom sink cover; Kenwood DDX 5706S front radio; Pioneer MVH-X5560BT rear radio; Oxygenics Shower head; ScanGuage II; Blue Ox Tow Bar w/RVi Brake 2; Winegard Rayzar Automatic TV antenna; Trimark Steel door lock; Dometic 310 toilet; whatever is next.
