Don't overtight valve stems...
Thanks Jimbo...The mobile unit came to RV park, and the issue was the mechanic installing valve stem, over tightened the nut, extruding the rubber on the inside of rim. A rookie mistake for sure! My aviation teacher used to say. Don't torque bolts until they become loose!
A before and after picture below. 1/2 hr for an experienced tire mechanic.
