Beware of your Storage - Water tank going through the floor?

Just bought my 2017 Palazzo 36.3 and installed a new electric power cord winder and electric water hose winder on the drivers side. Found the floor to have rotten plywood under the rubberized plastic which I replaced. So...I started looking at the other compartments and found that the water tank was sinking through the floor! It looked like about an inch or so. I decided to avoid a future disaster by bracing the floor under the tank using two 1 1/2" angle iron strips 4 feet long (available at Home Depot) to shore up the tank under the motorhome. I used self tapping screws to secure it (into the frame not the water tank :-) ). I used a hydraulic jack with a 2x4 on top to push up the floor under the tank to secure the angle iron. I have driven about 5k miles since it was done - it is holding up well and I sleep better knowing it's secure!
