So many questions. Are you anchored to a job or school?

If you are limited, many RV parks have semi permanent RVs that have year round residents. That might be a workable option. Most of those parks have a board somewhere in the social hall or near the mailboxes with For Sale ads. Many will meter and charge your electric use. You'll have many neighbors really close.

If you're mobile, you'll need to budget fuel and tires, besides what was already mentioned. There are tons of happy full-timers, but this lifestyle is not for everyone.

BTW, rents are low in small towns out in the boonies. You might consider that.

Add repairs as you build your budget.
