Welcome aboard! First, sorry about your issues. You shold have tested the AC on the dealer walk-thru. When you say it doesn't work, how? Do you understand that the rooftop AC requires either the generator running or the unit plugged into shore power. If that fails, take it back to the dealer.
The second issue is different. You probably need a front end alignment. The dealer may or not pay for it. Thor may or may not pay for it. Search the forum.
