I would suspect a loose wire somewhere. The dealer got it to work but, perhaps, didn't realize it would loosen up again. Perhaps a phone call to the dealer to ask them what they did to fix it may point you in the right direction...
Unlike most things, if you can fix something yourself in your RV you'll want to do it. You won't really void the warranty because you'll do a better job than the dealer anyway
