I found the same results with the Four winds 22e, The smaller class c E350 motorhomes with no slides are lighter than you think. I was fully loaded and weighed in just over 11,000 pounds. If I emptied all my gear and tanks I could easily get close to 9,500 pounds.
Though the chateau 24f that chateau nomad has also has a slide. Not sure how much that adds
