We took out the micro/convention. The extra space let us have several appliances in that cupboard (i have a youtube video of the kitchen if there is interest) including an air fryer. We haven't owned a microwave in over a decade so we don't miss it. When we reheat food it is usually making it into something different or I steam it / airfry it but I like to cook so its part of the fun. Today i used some left over pulled pork on a hashbrown with a poached egg to fix lunch. Mostly all done in the air fryer.
