We now take a USB flash drive along on our travels. The files on it are available to us even if we don't have internet access. It contains:

Ed Felker's excellent Vegas/Axis manual, and Thor's OE manual
Scans of registration and insurance cards, both RV and toad
Scans of credit cards and licenses
Important numbers and addresses
Face page of vehicle and home insurance policies
Passwords
Medical information

Wouldn't it be great to have just a USB drive in the coach, instead of all those manuals and warranties that came in the Thor bag? All it takes is a scanner and some time!

Good Ideas, would add buying a small 12v to 110v (400 watt cigarette lighter plug in/12 v battery) inverter in case all else fails and need to hook direct to a house/coach battery.
