V10 is not a code reader selection criteria. All code readers use the OBD2 interface in all autos since the late 90s. Codes are easy to read with the cheapest code reader, but how they interpret those codes, and other functions such as initiating diagnostics, displaying real time data, and changing settings is where the differences lie.
Other criteria may include Phone-Based interface vs stand-alone interface, wired vs wireless (bluetooth), and WIFI connection to the Internet. Of course features come with a price. "Code Readers" can range from under $20 to over $3000.
So, narrow your wish list and you'll probably get some good recommendations.
