Looks like you should have plenty of space to go 6 inches higher. With special low-profile hardware, you may be able to go a little higher.
Common 7-foot garage doors are 4 X 21” panels, so 6 of those panels should provide 10’-6”. When researching options, I was told they can make doors in 3” increments.
