Not only does having to look up make my neck sore, but there is the added difficulty of aligning the proper section of the graduated lenses in my glasses. But with waist level wall space at a premium in an RV, I guess I can understand why the TVs are mounted high.

I am 75 years old and 6'-4". In other words, an old fart.
There are some RV's that have the TV across from the couch with a fireplace and some without a fireplace. Bedroom TV's placed high is good for viewing while in bed, but the living room! The RV's are designed by people who never owned or rented an RV to see what their crappy layouts do to the user. Now I do realize that some only like to dry camp so they do not care. More power to them. I was done with dry camping after the tent trailer. We had it for nine years and did enjoy it.
