scratches on the RV

I took the rig west to Glacier, Yellowstone, and then the Grand canyon. On the way back I stopped in OK City and pulled too close to some trees. Some slight scratches near the top rear passenger side. What's the best way to remove them and what type of polish do I want to apply during general maintenance? Thanks for your advice.
