You are correct.... bad morale, low energy level.... and I might add bad work ethic, low integretity, society's general degradion of family, and all sorts of other personal faults and troubles that carry into the workplace.....

But I have to disagree that it ultimately has everything to do with QC
.... True, maybe the QC group is suffering from bad work ethic and low energy and low morale....
but QC processes should cover elements such as integrity, competance, spirit, etc.... throughout the organization....
and then ultimately should catch mistakes that happen before they leave the door.
The things I have seen so far aren't even mistakes.... if one drawer slide out of dozens were misaligned and loosely installed, ok mistake..... but pretty much all of mine were....
