I figured out the picture is of the power steering gearbox and not the pump.

I have an appointment with Freightliner Tolleson AZ Monday 3/27. Best guess by Freightliner, based on the fluid leak, is a seal is bad on the top of the gearbox, and can be repaired in a couple hours. Fingers crossed that is the case.
