Installed the new brake clips sent by Dexter (remember I installed an earlier set from the recall last summer), replaced the flexible brake lines, made and installed a new hard line that was ruined in our brake/wheel/tire debacle a couple weeks ago. Still awaiting a proper bleeder assembly, but my temporary fix will get us on the road until then (next week).

My tire/wheel warranty shelled out about $1800 for the damage. I spent well above that by the time the roadside service came out with tires and labor, but I won’t turn it down.

This thread was instrumental in helping me learn more about the brake clip issue and find the parts I needed to repair the damage. Thanks to all who contributed.
