What type water heater? Being a 2014 we'll assume a typical tank type like a Suburban or Dometic. Clarifying that will help get more accurate answers. Has it ever worked and if so what maintenance or servicing was performed before this current issue? Do you have propane in the tank? If it's been a while since you used it, have you checked for the presence of mud daubers, spiders or other insects in the burner tube? If you have recently filled the propane tank close the main valve on the tank and SLOWLY open it.

For electric operation, has the water heater been turned on with the tank dry? If so the heating element is likely fried. Have you checked all switches inside and out for proper position. Some have a small rocker switch outside on the unit. All circuit breakers and fuses good? You need 12v to operate it in either gas or electric, 120vac modes.
