Hi To get the pantry out you need to pop out the panel on the bottom of the frig. there are three wood screws on the bottom of the pantry take out those three screws. Then the whole pantry will come out. I just had to do this last week. The top latch came away from the furring strip It was held on with stables. I replaced them with 4 stainless screws.
