Our local Camping World has changed the engine oil on our Axis (and changed the generator oil as well).
I've also had an oil change at a, somewhat nearby, Ford dealer--they were less expensive than Camping World.
You may also want to see how close your nearest Onan/Cummins shop is as they will also provide an oil change for both the V-10 and the generator (at least the one near us offered to handle both).
