We have not had an issue that dramatic but our front legs were dropping slowly. Our problem was "weeping" connections. Our fluid was 2 quarts low. There have been other Drv owners that have had dropping front ends. Look at the suites owners site and do a search, Suites Owners – Available to any owner of a DRV Luxury Suites recreational vehicle. There should be lots of info there
