We have a 29.2 ACE which is now three years old. Yesterday on a trip we attempted to bring the slide out "in"
. In doing so the right side gouged out the floor covering. Never done this before. Right side is lower than rest of slide out.
This is definetly a manufacture's problem with this slide out, which should be covered by them. My wife purchased an Extended Warrenty which has coverage for slide out.....I need an advocate to get this fixed at their expense, not mine. Is there anyone that can help that has slide out problems on their Thor motorhomes?
This ACE will be at a Thor dealership first thing tomorrow and need some help for language needed to argue my case.
Any help would be appreciated,
