For what it's worth, I took my video camera along on my first PDI, walk thru. I asked the tech if I could video tape it since I was new, at the time to RV'ing. This allowed me to video how everything worked, not to mention documenting what was wrong. Since he explained during the PDI how to winterize, I was able to do it myself. I watched the video the following spring, it helped a lot.
