This sounds early familiar, I had a Miramar 34.2 with the full wall slide. It was doing the same thing, also the front half would actually tip slightly while going in and coming out. The motors would also get out of sync and stop.
The dealer removed the slide completely and discovered during production, they forgot to install a roller in the forward part of the slide.
IMHO, I think all the moving in and out over time did some permanent damage to the slide without that roller in place. Other problems with the slide led me to that conclusion.
Are you noticing any damage to the slide tracks, chipping, gouges, flakes of metal on the floor near the slide motors? I would have your service center check to make sure all components on your slide are in place.
