The left and right walls of the coach are made one piece (each side is one piece). The entire side is then milled on a CNC router table, squaring the outside edges and cutting out the window openings, slides openings and storage compartment doors (assuming there is a storage compartment in the wall). The back wall for the slide is the cutout from the entire wall. Thus, the back wall of a slide should fit perfectly in the side wall with the gap being the diameter of the router bit.
