there are adjustments on all of them, but depends on the type you have

Mine is a dometic 9100, and there are hand knobs on each arm, that are used.... kinda push the arm shorter then snug the knob down to hold it.
Hard to describe, but mess with it, I'm sure you'll figure it out.
