When my Hurricane 34E's step broke while at DisneyWorlds's Fort Wilderness the very first night after we picked it up for our shakedown trip, I called that number after returning from the Magic Kingdom at about 11:30 p.m.

Someone actually answered, and they mentioned that the main bolt shears off, (heh, the 2016 recall), and can be fixed by a Thor dealer on my trip home to California. They gave me phone numbers for the dealership along my route home so that I could contact them on Monday, (this happened on a Friday). Unfortunately, when I called every dealer, they either didn't have the part, or they wanted me to stay a few days until they would get the part.

I just purchased the most expensive Coghlan's bungy cords from the Disney Trading Post and strapped the steps for the trip home.
