Thank you for your reply. I did check the fuses and in talking with the Thor service people, they confirmed that if it beeped, it had power. They suggested forcing the shade into the down position and then attempting to reprogram it. I will do that when we get closer to our home dealer and a chance to replace the entire shade if the reprogram doesn't work.
