I've had one since Jan. and it works just fine. Video is very good with wide angle view and night video is good also. I had an instance of road rage and some close calls last year and decided to get one. Fairly inexpensive and stores about 12 hrs of 5 min. segments on a 64gb micro card. I reformat it each day if no events are needing transfer. It has audio as well as date, time in GMT, speed, location in lat. and lg stamp. I made a little heat visor to keep the sun off the cam and have it taped on the windshield. The cam is mount to the windshield under visor with velcro looking out under wipers center of windshield.
If you have an incident or event that gets fuzzy, there is nothing like a video to clear it up.
