Never heard of that one. Typically the LEDs used for RVs - the ones in replacement sockets only consist of the LEDs themselves, which in reality are only diodes, a couple of "steering" diodes (so you can't plug them in wrong) and a current limit resistor. Nothing I can see that would generate spirious RF.
High power LEDs however require a driver circuit which typically does have components that could generate such signals, but unless you are using an external box that you had to hook up to the LEDs (which contains the high power driver circuit), it shouldn't pose a problem.
