Palazzo auto leveling jacks and air bags

Hello Everyone,

I'm having a 2 part problem with my auto leveling jacks and air bags. The dealer is "Unable to replicate" the problem. I've already added a hydraulic oil additive as recommended by Lippert, and my wife posed a question to me that I might be doing something wrong....she's the smart one. Here is what I experience

1. Park
2. Move air suspension lever from auto to lower
3. Turn on Lippert system deploy leveling jacks using automatic button
4. Jacks shutter when retracting
5. Move air suspension lever from lower to auto
6. Visual verification that jacks are retracted
7. Wait for air reservoir to build air pressure and sneeze

On occasion, when on unleveled surface, axel (wheels) are off the ground.
1. I manually operate jacks to lift coach enough to place leveling blocks under wheels
2. Retract jacks with the wheels resting on the blocks, and wait for Lippert system to reset
3. Once reset, deploy jacks using the automatic button
4. Jacks shutter when retracted
5. Move air suspension lever from lower to auto
6. Visual verification that jacks are retracted
7. One pop noise is heard from the air bags as they inflate and return the coach to auto suspension level

Any insight will be greatly appreciated.
