Flooring issue

Wondering if anyone has had an issue with tile separation underneath the kitchen/entertainment slide. We first noticed the tile had moved about 1/4". The next time we slid it out, this happened. The far right end of the tile had exited through the slide gasket.

Upon contact DRV to inquire how best to proceed until our warranty appt. next month, I was told just to cut the damaged portion off and they'll correct it. I was also told they would give me a tile to carry with me in case it happens again. Huh? Doesn't sound like a permanent solution to me.

If you notice there is a roller bracket mounted to the floor to the left. There is no way I could remove that bracket if I would have to replace the tile myself. In addition to this failure, the tile underneath the drawers to the left of the stove has started to separate as well (about 1/32").

I was thinking about the possibility a securing the leading edge of the tile with a couple flat head screws. Since the heads would be below flush, it wouldn't affect the movement of the roller. Since the tile is ~.170 thick, there should be enough thickness to countersink for the screw head. While it may not be pretty,

While I plan on discussing my concerns at the factory next month, I thought I'd stop by here to get your thoughts.
