We have an issue somewhat similar in our 2016 Atlanta. The roller underneath the refrigerator causes the tile to bow up. This is under the left side of the fridge. This tile was replaced during our April visit to the dealer, but when putting the slide out afterwards, it bows up again. I will have the dealer look at it again in October to see what needs to be done.
